Evermont Solutions LLC
Security
Controls are defined around the project’s requirements.
Access and auditability
Engagement planning covers user roles, least privilege, administrative access, and the events that need an audit trail. Sensitive actions and overrides need an explicit authorization model.
Data handling
We define what data the system needs, where it is stored, who can access it, and how it is exported or deleted. Retention and ownership are agreed as part of the scope.
Dependencies and integrations
Dependency review, update responsibilities, secret handling, API permissions, and integration failure states are part of implementation planning. Controls depend on the systems and data involved.
Recovery and incidents
Backup and recovery requirements, monitoring, incident contacts, and support responsibilities are defined before launch. This website does not promise a particular SLA, uptime guarantee, or security certification.
This website
This is a static website hosted on Vercel. Its reference system uses sample data and simulated integrations. The contact form composes an email locally; it does not submit to a website form backend. To report a security concern, email hello@evermontsys.com without including credentials or sensitive records.
