Internal software
Scheduling, approvals, case management, reporting, and administrative tools.
Evermont designs and builds internal systems, customer portals, automations, and integrations for organizations replacing manual and legacy workflows.
Strategy / Product / Engineering / Integration / Support
We start with how work moves through the organization, then design the software around it.
Scheduling, approvals, case management, reporting, and administrative tools.
Accounts, booking, intake, payments, documents, and status.
Move data, trigger actions, route exceptions, and send notifications.
Connect existing systems without forcing a complete replacement.
Evermont reference system
Follow a request from intake to completion. In your operation, who owns each step, what happens when it fails, and which systems need to stay in sync?
A reference product built by Evermont, not client work. Interactive frontend with sample records and simulated actions. No live payments or external connections.
WORKSPACE / REQUESTS
Track a request from intake to completion.
| Request / service | Status | Owner | Due | Progress |
|---|
CUSTOMER / ACCOUNT 0081
Alex Morgan · Account contact
REQ-1042
08 Sep 2026 · 09:30–10:30
Service location: Building 02
In a live system, this routes a message to the request owner with the request ID and account context attached. This reference workspace does not send messages.
AUTOMATION / BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Payment event → validated booking → staff queue.
Payment event receivedVerify signature · Check event ID
TriggerValidate reservation holdHold active? Amount matches? Capacity available?
ConditionRecord the outcomeAudit event · Duration · Recovery state
ActionADMINISTRATION / ACCESS & CONTROLS
Separate customer records, daily operations, and system administration.
| Action | Customer | Operator | Admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| View requests | Own | Assigned | All |
| Override schedule | No | No | With reason |
| Export records | Own | No | Audited |
| Manage roles | No | No | Yes |
Timezone: America/Detroit. Closure dates block new bookings. Customer exports contain only their own records. Retention periods require an explicit project decision.
System anatomy
The difficult part is defining the rules underneath it.
Validate intake
Check capacity
Reserve atomically
Verify event
Commit booking
Assign owner
Record work
Reconcile state
One slot cannot be confirmed twice. A temporary hold expires if payment never arrives.
Cancellation windows, closure dates, and staff overrides need explicit rules and recorded reasons.
Permissions govern each action. Customer and staff messages follow committed state changes.
Payment state, audit history, retries, and reporting must agree when a step fails.
How we work
Before launch
Each engagement defines the operational, security, accessibility, ownership, integration, and support requirements before launch.
Our approach to securityRoles, permissions, administrative controls, and audit history.
Monitoring, backups, recovery procedures, and failure states.
Keyboard access, visible focus, contrast, and form semantics. WCAG 2.2 AA target.
Export paths, retention decisions, source ownership, and termination planning.
APIs, existing systems, payments, and messaging.
Documentation, training, support process, and incident handling.
Company
Evermont engagements are scoped and led directly by the person responsible for the system. The same technical context carries from the first workflow map through implementation and support.
Discuss a project
Describe the process, the people who use it, and the systems involved. We’ll start there.
